We provide free shipping on all orders worldwide!

Processing Times

For ready-made items, the order processing time is 2-7 business days.

Made-to-order and custom dresses may take up to 12 business days to create and ship off. These are labelled under the pricing on each product page.

Shipping Times

Domestic delivery takes 5-10 business days depending on the state. We use Australia Post and other couriers to deliver your package.

International delivery takes 7-12 business days to deliver. Courier depends on country/region.

Tracking is provided for all orders!

Estimated delivery dates are calculated on the product page as well as checkout for you. Express options are also available, feel free to speak to our chatbot or contact us form.

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in the case of wrong item received or the item was defective/arrived damaged.

Tracking Order

You will receive an email notification once your package has been shipped off which will include your courier and tracking information. If you have registered an account with us, you will be able to view the status of your order on our website here.

Base Location

We are based in Sydney, Australia. Depending on stock, items may be shipped from overseas locations. Estimated delivery timeframes are found on every product page and provide a general indication of when the package is expected to deliver.
